Cleaning Up A Dirty Website

Wash Website Design

Founded in 1947 by a young couple who wanted to provide affordable laundry services to Los Angeles’ booming apartment community, WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems has grown into a national brand with over 31 branch offices, and their laundry machines can be found in over 70,000 locations serving over 7 million people. While maintaining their roots of traditional laundry rooms, WASH has pushed the industry’s technology through changes like converting laundry machines from coin based operations to card based; allowing users to load funds on a card and carry their balance in their wallet rather than a pocket full of quarters.

With the goals of the redesign outlined, our team had clear
focus and direction for the UX component of the website redesign.

It was important that we didn’t focus so much on images of people
doing laundry, but diverse groups of people enjoying life.

With a new user experience strategy and the right imagery, we were able to create incredible designs that truly accomplished the client’s goals. With updated designs in hand, WASH finally has a website that is modern and reflective of their incredibly forward looking brand.
